I remember the old Mozilla add from before I was a member but.. why is it still there if you removed the link?!

I am talking about the text:
"Sometimes, anarchy and
non-compliancy is part
of a teenager's life...
However, it should have no part in
your browser's behavior."

at the top right of the Sen Website in whole.

Mind putting the Mozilla ad back up there or just removing it all together?

The firefox ad is still up there, it's just a 'modified' version of the old one.
You don't see the firefox with google toolbar image?

You can still download Firefox from that link.
Under the big "Download Google Toolbar" button, you'll see a System Requirements section for Firefox and a link to Google Toolbar for IE. Click on Firefox and you'll be linked to the Firefox homepage.

Ya, it took me a while to figure out that my adblock was changing it.

It's ok though, because the new ad looks kinda ugly. It doesn't fit on the page as well.

Well what's to be done about that? All you could do is submit a shorter version to IP. Maybe I'll do it.

It's not their fault really. It's their way of making sure that the correct add is in place. If soemthing is changed, then they know it and cancel the ad service.
If it was pure HTML, then there's no way of knowing wether or not a webmaster changed it.

Wait, was the old FireFox add totally voluntary?
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Merrell on 2006-04-17 at 23:27:15
Yeah, it lead directly to the firefox download page, no money made off of referals or anything. But, this one is voluntary too.. it's not like you're being forced to push it tongue.gif. It's just that IP has been looking over it, and there has been around 2000 clicks on the old one, so he decided that if that was making money, he could already have a dedicated server running.

Truer words were never spoken, I'll take the drag and drop search bar any day. Especially for searching for recipes.

I dont use the actual toolbar part, I just replaced the default search with the google one (because it has the suggest thing) and put the pagerank and spellcheck below it on the bookmarks toolbar.
The only toolbar that is truly useful is the Web Developer toolbar, simply because it has like 100 functions.
