Time to announce some winners and dish out some prizes.
As a reminder,
March & April's Theme was
Drugs.
Let's get that judging criteria out there again:
QUOTE
Theme (10) - Obviously this is the name of the game. If the map isn't even remotely related to the theme, it won't score very well. A map scoring 0 on this won't be graded further. Something that looks premade and just custom fit with a few text messages won't score very well.
Fun (20) - Important for me as I'm playing the map. Am I running around having a good time, or watching a unit talk to itself in a movie? If I ever go to this map again, is it going to be to play it with friends or to delete the scm/scx? This is probably going to be the deciding factor in contest entries.
Aesthetics and Professionalism (20) - Did you use one type of tile and no text color? Are there mispellings distracting me at every turn with some poorly made triggers? Hopefully you can create something that looks and feels decent. I'm not asking for extensive extended terrain or hundreds of sprites, a map with a unique feel to it should score at least an easy 10.
Viagra-Size Me by
MillenniumArmyTHEME: 10/10
It involves drugs, trust me.
FUN: 14/20
Vulgar? Yes. Fun? Yes! A lot more could have been put in to enhance gameplay, but it has a comedic value that really struck the immaturity side of me.
PROFESSIONALISM: 17/20
A very high quality map. Like I said befor, more could have been added to the gameplay. The map still gets the job done.

First Place! 600 mineralsDrug Dealers (Author removed)
THEME: 8/10
Basically there's a bunch of guys fighting drug dealers. I didn't hallucinate at all.
FUN: 3/20
Basically it turns into a Ghost micro challenge. Not very balanced - there's no point in picking a Firebat to fight off all those zealots, or even a Marine for microing ability.
PROFESSIONALISM: 12/20
No heals, no defeat trigger. And the wonderful long-range shotgun Ghost.
TOTAL:
23/50 -
Second Place! 300 mineralsTylenol v.OD (Author removed)
THEME: 4/10
Didn't see anything to do with drugs other than the title.
FUN: 5/20
Maybe this was the theme went, the only fun would be a drug induced hallucination. The high only lasts about three minutes.
PROFESSIONALISM: 3/20
Force 1. Force 2. Force 3. Then the briefing that has no waits. Need I say more? All the unrenamed units (well, except for color changes). And the "touch me" which heal and give you upgrades, though you really don't have any way of telling you. My ally's 0 damage tanks weren't very helpful. Last, the map passed the sprite limit in about five minutes, a big downer when you're trying to fight.

Third Place! 150 mineralsI removed the names of the authors of those two maps because they ain't pretty. And yes, there were only three maps, which is why I spent a lot of time debating whether or not even to release the results. The only map worth downloading is MillenniumArmy's, which is
here, enjoy it. I'll be more timely in May. Thanks to all who participated, you all get minerals by default.
