well, check your firewall to see if it has broodwar blocked.

Either Brood War's being denied access to the internet (battle.net) by your anti-virus software or you're just not connected to the internet.
Try disabling your virus software all-together than retry.
What connection do you use, by the way?

well im pretty sure ive already turned off my antivir but ill try it again
and i use comcast but its wireless i use a car to pick up my router down stairs
i just checked again and i still cant get on

ok....this is a serious topic......maybe i miss understand null...i thought it was just used for a "spam" topics and such...my bad...i guess...anyways i still cant get on and its very anoying my friend says since i use a router (netgear) it might some ports need to be opened or something like that
