is there a way to convert mp3 and other formats of files into wavs?
Put mp3 to wav into a search engine, a bunch of programs will come up that allow you to convert with ease.
Yep u got winamp? I can explain to you.
Better, give me your mail (you do have msn messenger, have you not?) and ill explain online.

i got winamp lite 2.91 and cant find preferences
right klick on the interface. a drop down menu will appear. choose prefercens (or ctrl+p) i think.. 2.91 has the feature i think..
ok it dont work on 2.91 but im almost done getting 5.03 now
ok i got it working but.....how do i make it so i can accually listen to music instead of making them wavs all the time?
change back the output to something like "sound out" something with out i think
btw winamp 5 rocks, but i reccomend using the "winamp classic skin"
it lags alot less
what connection are u on?

You can get a MP3 to wav converter on this site.
Classic skin? How boring! Mine is the best...!
Hehe, i realized that too

heh theyr goin thru all this trouble and theres an mp3 to wav converter on file :p
lol o well i got it going, now instead of making a new topic i was wondering how to shorten the wav/mp3
Open it with Sound Recorder and screw around with it. You can delete parts of a sound, and change the quality easily when you save it.
