It's still very much possible, I've done it a few times recently. You just need lag.

After a certain length of time I think it goes to a new post instead of an addition.
I generally won't punish you unless you're posting the same thing twice... in which case I just delete the post (-1 post, 16 minerals), unless you're doing it several times.
