No.
Here at SeN, our main job is told help other people make maps, free of charge. Making Tutorials for minerals is just absurd and stupid.

Joe: I need help with this trigger! Can anyone help me?
Bob: Sure! Only if you give money (minerals), give karma, or click Outwar site!
Lesson: Posting outwar or other useless link sites and asking for money is NOT premitted here. We don't do things for money or hits we do things for the sake of helping others. This is strictly reinforced. You may however, request minerals for your hard work on something (but not required) or you could make it required for whatever service you're providing off the public forums on other such means of communications like PM or messengers. There are no exceptions to karma though, you should NEVER ask for it. If we find out you did, you'll get all your karma removed.
I also see several flaws in this contest.

Usefullness (20)
Does the reader find your tutorial helpful in the map he is making? Will only StarEdit experts understand this? Is it common knowledge?
So we have to make everyone be able to understand? Quite frankly, most of my Tutorials require you to understand many aspects of Mapmaking before you attempt to do so. Just because it's Advanced triggering doesn't mean that it has to be penalized.

Did I spend five minutes or five hours writing it?
Simplicity is always better than having a long complex Tutorial that 3 people understand.

It seems like he's contradicting himself. He wants profesionalism, but also a rainbow of colors and screenshots of what, triggers that can be written in BBCodes?

Themes
Triggers: 300 Minerals +Any Additional Min. Sent to Me
Modding: 200 Minerals
Map Design: 200 Minerals
Terrain: 100 Minerals
Common Knowledge: 100 Minerals
So Triggers get more minerals, but the other areas do not? Terrain is already a part of Map Design. Also, what is wrong with Common Knowledge? A new person can't learn something that everybody else does?
1 Judge: NeutralArchon (Unless I find someone else I think should judge) (Tutorials in database is a must) (Cooperation from Tutorial Keepers is a must)
So we only have 1 judge who saying what's good and whatnot.

Help us out for SENv5 and grab the chance to make tutorials for minerals!
What does SeNv5 have to do with this? Can't we just put the Tutorials inside our current SeNv4.1 Database? Or can't we improve helping people make maps because we're coding SeNv5? We got Staff members to do this.
Most of these are rhetorical questions directed at NeutralArchon. I either smell a scam or a quick cheap attempt at fame.
