EDIT: I'll just explain it here, what you use is BBCodes, here is an example:
Replace the URL link with a download url address, rename the "StarEdit Network" to the map name.
Here's an example of my map:
And here it is that would actually look like:
The Perfect Slanted Water Terrain
Instead of posts, you place it in your signature.

Go into your account by clicking on your name on the top right portion of the screen.
Inside, on the top green bar, you will see "Edit my signature"
Go there and in that box, you can write your signature.

He knows where to edit signatures, you can tell by look at his signature. And he did add [img][/img]
