Q: Funny or Sad
A:Sad, sad at how stupid people are.
i find it both funny and sad...who knew that the president of the united states doesn't spend all his time in the office doing paperwork and listen to music...
and on an ipod too...
kinda sad how the RIAA wanted to be famous for bashing the president for a reason like this? out of all the people they accused of it has to be the president...its not like anyone else rips their music off cd's onto an ipod or something...find it funny that he gets accused of something ridiculous as this issue...
wouldn't it be legal anyway if you just use the music for your own personal use, even if you made backup copies or something? i know people around the world downloads music illegally off the internet, or burn games onto a cd...
Now, how would they pull this off? Do they take his ipod check it and say, "What's this?! He has the Beatles on his ipod! And that's not available on the itunes music store! I know, let's see if there's a way to make people think poorly about him since he does what many of us do. It's genius!" I think the idiot points go to the people who actually wasted their time to see if George W. Bush was doing "piracy". Personally, I think it's just rediculous to call copying a song from a CD that you purchased to itunes is considered piracy. Nobody should have to pay another time to listen a song they already have on their ipod. Besides, I'm not sure about any of you guys, but I can't find any songs on itunes music store by the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and some other rock bands, only stupid tributes that nobody cares about.
It's "THE PIRATE TIMES", geniuses. It's a joke. Do you really think Bush listens to The Beatles?!
And HolySin, surprisingly the Red Hot Chili Peppers sold out, which stunned me.
The bush haters in this country are desperate to find every possible little reason/excuse to bash Bush. How sad.

And yeah, I agree. But! It still does not detriment the fact that it's illegal (That is if this was not fake) and that he should be punished like anyone else would.
Except it's not illegal.
If he owns a copy of the cd, it is within his "fair use" to copy and use it on another device.

This has nothing to do with Bush haters. The RIAA have made these claims years ago; it just so happens the President is now under fire. I fully support Bush's right to have his music on his mp3 player as long as he owns a real copy.
I think its funny cause if you were caught doing that here even if you were prime minister, better look forward to your cell in jail.
