In the Normal Null section. it says you can Only create topics right. cause polls are for the Polling Booth,
but in the polling booth you can create topics and polls? whats the Point of having a null if you can just put both there?

Polling booth is vor voting ans saying "Whats your favorite?".

No, Null is not for spam. It is a dumping group for topics that don't belong in any of the other forums.
