i know its possible in star forge but i dont know about in scm draft. in SF just select a group of terrain and make brush

select the copy function, make a box around what you want, press ctrl+c then ctrl+v

Easy as pie, in fact, where is that pie? But, go into terrain mode and hold down the left button on the mouse and drag to what you want to copy and press ctrl+cory and then press ctrl+paste, like zeratul said.

I still remember the day i used that...
oh yea... today...
Anyways... Just like every1 else said
CTRL + C [This Selects The Terrain]
CTRL + V [This Pastes The Terrain]
CTRL + ALT + DEL(ETE) [This Activates Your System Manager]
START + TURN OFF COMP + TURN OFF [Turns Off Your Comp *NOOBS ONLY*]
