It's mainly just the Stan and Kyle that don't look like how we would imagine, but I say that's a really good real life drawing of them.

You know that the makers of South Park did those themselves? They were featured in an episode.

I live like 45 minutes from South park, and a little over an hour away from the actual town.

They were intentionally bad, as a joke. Those are supposed to be police sketches of the kids.

The only things bad about them is that Kyle doesn't look at all what he'd really look like, and Kenny is asian.
