1. Extract the .GRP from th MPQ. .GRPs are what sprites are stored in.
2. Use RetroGRP (old, dunno where to find) to convert them to .BMPs.

Or, you could do it the hard way;
Take individual screenshots of the units, then cut out the unimportant part, and use something like Windows Gif Animator lol
