How do you mod starcraft and make marines have like shields and stuff? how do u do that? that's crazy! what programs are necesary to do that? any info would be helpful!

Aye, here is the forum you want to visit. And this is the topic you want to read.
You should know that you can't make make an uber mod within a few hours or even within days. Learning the process of changing things without screwing it up takes patience, and then you have to start with the mod itself. Though it is always nice to just edit things at random ^_^.
Mods can't be played on Battle.net unless you have send the others the mod as well (it's an .exe file).

Why lock it? There is no point in locking it, just move it to the correct location. It won't do any harm.
