I dont know where else to put this post but when is the next map makin tournament?

i would like to enter some of my maps and maybe win.

I also hope that the qualifications are... broader....

I don't know if you were just entering the wrong words, but you can't send in maps you already have. You have to make it when the map contest thread is made, after you get the theme and all.

i saw someone suggesting a tournament. the theme was 1 location. that would be interesting, allthow i don't participate, i would want to see the maps that others made.

Lol, it should be 1 location, 5 preplaced units, 20 triggers in a 64x64 map with only 100 characters of text (meaning display text, breifings, title, etc.) I wonder what people could come up with...

That's an AWFUL theme. It doesn't leave much room for creativity.

Maybe just a 100 trigger limit or something. See how creative people can get with a trigger limit.

One location restricts it too much.

You all know that Moose has generally posted his contests on the later part of the month, possibly the last 2 weeks.
He was also dissapointed with the last competition, and he did show some interest in discontinueing the competition. It's all up to Moose.

I highly doubt that moose would set a location or trigger limit. One of his criteria is proffesionalism.

Seriously guys, was drugs that bad?

If you wanted to go for the minimum, all you had to do was make your screen shake over a car or something (using mobile grids) so it'd be like drunk driving. Or just make a "Dodge the whatever" except with the screen constantly shaking, thus making it harder to control. I would've done that but I didn't because I figured that was too easy and many people would do it. Lots of fun games could've been produced with this theme.

You people female dog and moan about filters, and say you can act mature if they're removed, and you also female dog and moan about admins being able to/not being able to break the rules. Then as soon as they get something out that you can extrapolate into a big deal you female dog and moan about it.

After 2 months of intense study I have concluded that SeNners like to complain.
