i tried to load the sound section of starforge (where u import sounds) but it displays a msg "Error 53 File not found" without even opening the window then it says another msg "run-time error 35600, index out of bounds" and i do have all the required runtime and common control files to run starforge... anyone help me with this so i can load wav. s in starforge please? thank you!

I think I had the same problem a while back. See if the wav. file is in a 'read only' folder or if it is 'archived'. As for the runtime error no idea.

I do not use starforge very often, but if it is giving these kind of problems, why not just use a normal SC editor or SC-Xtra to import them?

for what volcove said.. because im making a map with a person called ... his staredit.net account is called sessase ... we're making the most awesome map with sprites .. but the only current editor that i know of which does triggers and supports sprites is starforge... SCXE deletes them.

The Starcraft sounds (If I'm not mistaken) can only be found in Starforge and the cd(I think)
I've never tried sounds in Starforge, for me Starforge
with .wavs, I suggest you try importing them one at a time and see if it works.

Why dont you use mpq sounds. Theyre the best. and like i mentinioned hundreds of times before SCXE DOENST SHOW MPQ SOUNDS.
