is it better to have

1. many different spots and you build near um to get cash like every 2 minutes u get cash for each spot u control
-OR-
2. every 2 mins u get cash for each type of a building like u get 2 mins for each supply depot

It makes more/less useful depending if you uses the buildings score. mellow.gif

um no it doesnt.... i just need an opinion on which is better the score has absoultly nothing to do with it.

All i want is your opinion on: is it better to get cash for every supply depot OR is it better to get cahs for each land beacon controled(20 around map 5 players)

Yeah, which one you use really depends on how you want the map to play. How important is territory supposed to be?

Building your own is better. If one player controls most of the beacons, they have all the resources and it gets harder to win.

i disagree with you, IMO territorial income is better for gameplay. by being able to build your own income generators, you encourage people to turtle, because theres no gain in moving out of their strategic strongholds. on the other hand, territorial systems force players to actively attack to gain more money, leading to better gameplay, otherwise they'll get overwhelmed by players who are attacking and gaining money.

How is it more realistic? You can't build an oil well anywhere and suddenly get oil. You have to find places that have oil. In a map, you need to find places that have resources. Having mass buildings in one spot would drain the resources in that area, and you would have no more money.
