I'm guessing someone has encoutered this problem before. Anytime I try to run Hitman 2 for my PC I get this:

Try launching it from the CD menu, if you haven't. Hitman 2 is weird like that.

I have. And I've also reinstalled it like 40 times. Maybe it's becasue I'm using Windows 2000?
