how can i make a animated gif for starcraft? do i have to do edit each of the frames or there is a program that can help me?

1. Use WinMPQ to extract the grp (graphic file) you want to edit
2. Decompile it into .bmp format with RetroGRP
3. edit it with paint/whatever image editing software you want
4. compile the edited files back into a grp with RetroGRP
5. import the new grp file into a mpq with WinMPQ

just use CV5 (Blizzard Graphic Editor) if u want get what is CV5 then hre is CV5 information

CV5 can make to animate GIF files

is for the game.. a friend asked me if i could make some modded units for his mod and im to lazy like to edit each frame =S
