My Proposed Change: The people who are willing to give up their posts for a new account, and are not evading warns or fines, may be do so if they first tell an admin. Ex: Joe might realize his posts could be better.
My Proposed Change: Exceptions are granted for members of a constuctive organization who are in it and support it. Ex: My clan members have a Mind Control Icon. At least change it so people may use the same site issued avatars.
Does this apply to Global Moderators and them changing signatures. Some people may get annoyed. They are acting as if they were the person.

Obvious similarities in name is a good starting point (ie Moose vs Mo0se or Moos3). Having the same avatar, title, and signature image can make you hard to distinguish from someone else. I can tell your clan members apart fairly easily despite the avatar, so that would be allowed.

Editing a signature doesn't impersonate anyone. The Global Mods aren't trying to mirror the other person, they're just changing the other person to fix rule violations (hopefully

I feel like by exploiting the rules I did something good for this site. Best new policy amendment yet.

No warns are private. They can only be viewed by yourself. Sometimes their is a store item in stock where you can view someones warns.

Yes, you can take someone's avatar without impersonating them. It is only after taking a number of things (signature, name similarity, user title) that someone would become hard to distinguish. An avatar - and only an avatar - by itself, would not cause great confusion.

New, old, maybe a little of both. Either way there is now a more consistent and defined policy. Its what's alive and what's being enforced now, so it doesn't matter.

If you take reports seriously, I take reports seriously. I've acted a countless number of times on Kellimus' reports (I clear out my reports almost daily though, so I can't cite example. A report from Kellimus is treated like any other (which may or may not warrant action, the latter of which triggers "You ignored me").
