Well i dled it and i was gonna put this in the fourm were you were talking about it....but it was closed....
So now im saying
I HATE THE FRIGGN GAME!!!!!!!
My friend said that the game does glitch a lot since it's not finished BUT I CANT GET PAST THE POLE!. Either when im suppose to get the pole it goes to darkness and sits there untill i leave game or when i get the pole it says theres a new cut scene and it gives my Neo to the computer and i sit there and watch myself die

is there anyway to by pass it? because i herd it goes longer then that

Its an "Alpha". Its buggy and I released it too early. Sorry.

Yoshi tried to get everyone hyped up like Tuxedo's trailer managed to do. Unfortunately he failed because his map sucks and it isn't any fun. Music playing while you fight hordes of enemies in pointless battles that require no skill whatsoever is stupid...

I have yet to see any proof of you actually showing any skill in map making.

So far, the only thing you've done here is put down other peoples maps with no reason why at all and no suggestions to improve. Thats certainly not a way to earn your "Advanced" map making skill.

Say something constructive and helpful for a change. You seem to be in such a rush to get minerals and posts, which I think I'll be subtracting from soon. Then again, the better punishment is that you dont have a good reputation here. I frankly, have lost some respect for you due to some of your recent rushed posts.

A lot of my posts are rushed now because I was stupid enough to click on the StarCraft armies section -_- I was intereted in seeing your response to what I was going to say. Anyway, more importantly, I work under the idea that I critique the bad parts of maps people will change them. I had hoped that by talking about the bad part of your map (which was virtually the only part at the time of the release) you'd change it. Fighting hordes of enemies when you could just leave the room and let your guy kill them for you IS boring and pointless. I don't see anyone being able to deny that. As for a reputation, a few people started seeing the errors of the ways and coming away to my way of thinking (cheeze! golden-fist! woo...) Those who haven't might eventually, and those who won't don't bother me.

I can't see how you say I haven't posted anything constructive or anything to earn my "Advanced" map making skill setting. Whenever the need arises I rush to write a tutorial on Counters or whip out one of my test maps to release a wicked Concept into the map making arena. Also for the "Advanced" map making setting, it should be taken into account that the purpose of setting that was so that if you had a question, someone would know how detailed they would have to be in their explanation. So far I haven't even asked any questions except maybe to have the Army System gain some confirmation screens or why people insist on right click files in order to save them..

Its an alpha map which I rushed because I was going on vacation and I wanted to show it off.


Thats one battle, from the movie. Its 1/100th of the entire map. I said I hadn't balenced it, because when I'm done, you'll have to be doing flips and stuff to avoid being surronded.

You've been nothing but rude and inconsiderate ever since you stepped foot in this site. You've insulted my map, Tuxs map, and many maps by new map makers who dont have as much experience compared to the rest of us. I cant imagine you having much people skills if you act like this.

The part about me being bad at everything I do felt like I was being critized. The part about me dropping dead was insulting. I never said anyone should drop dead.

I know what your map was and I really don't understand why you showed it to us at all.

I find it funny that when I talked about things I've done in the past tense, you say "Big Words, Little Action". I've already done those things.

I hope so... you should have expected this from someone however. In you rush to release a map you must have suspected that in it's early form it would be easy to diss. But hey, if people hadn't complained that StarCraft was too much like "Orcs in Space" in it's early stages, we wouldn't be here today. What I dont get is why you'd release something if it's absolutely NOTHING like what you intended it to look like.

I'm not avoiding StarEdit. I pop in there to work in my RPG ... then I realize I'm too obsessed with StarEdit.net and come here. I warned my English Teacher about this once........

The only thing I've said that I would consider rude is stuff in the Garbage forum. The only newb's map I've criticized was the guy who wanted to make an RPG about buildings as heros, and I gave a rundown of everything that was bad about the idea. I didn't flat out diss it. As for your map, I've never even seen your map. What I saw was a glitchy alpha that should never have been released but was, and now you face criticism because of that mistake. Tux's map deserves criticism, people look up to him apparently, and he has set a precedent for trailers on SC having little or no information about the map they are portraying. As for people skills, here's some examples of conversations I have (these may not be 100% accurate and names have been changed):

Tyler: "Hi Jamie"
Jamie: "Hi"
Me: "HE PLAYS DND YOU KNOW? WHAT A LOSER"
Tyler *Angered*

Tyler: "Hey! Want to come to Summerfest with me and my friends?"
Me: "Are you sure that's a good idea? I always act like a moron and alienate you from them. They hate me and hate you and it's a bad expierence all around."
Tyler: "You can't come."

Jason: "Hi Justin"
Me: "Go yourself"

Although I found writing that amusing, it's all, sadly, true.

I made a promise to the community and there were complications. The community loved the skyscapers though. This was featured on starcraftgamers.com, wgtour.com and several forums. All with good responses.


And now you'll have to face the consequences since I've lost much respect for you.

Blizzard gets critizim because they do this for MONEY. There is no profit in making maps. Tux doesn't have to do that. I dont have to have this website. Its all free services, and you say absolutely nothing good at all.

You better well bloody not give me a reason to hate you more than I already do. I've lost some of my will to work on that map because of you.

Look I don't know what you want from me. You say I'm wasting your web space by posting bull , which has all been me criticizing the things I didn't like about maps. So I try to take another route, I look to other peoples posts as an example. I say a short little post about the things I liked, instead of those parts I didn't like. It all seems rather stupid to me to only talk about the good things... but I guess I don't know what I'm supposed to say. More importantly, something I missed, why would you lose will to work on your map because of me? I'm one of the people LOOKING FORWARD to seeing your map! I would expect the exact opposite reaction from what I've said.....

Scyscrapers are kewl and the music is awesome... Oh yeah... I just ignore the glitches and just start over, cuz the map is so fun to play over and over again! HOPE YOU FINISH!

John I find your tastes amazingly sad. The map we've been shown has no fun factor whatsoever. Few if any abilities work, and those that do are not special. You could leave the room and still own all the enemies. You love something that "no one" could do just as well as you could.

... That post was meant to defend against your "Fear me I'm the admin" approach. I sucked up a lot.... though I wasn't lying. But I'm still going to critisize people's maps on here, it's just STUPID not to. If everyone tells them how GoSu there map is and no one tells them what's wrong with it, then it won't get any better. Why do I have to be the voice of reason -_-

If you Critisize, sound nice and offer suggestions. Putting down people makes them lose interest.
