Okay, as some of you know, I've got part of a movie I've made to show you. Problem is, I'm a total noob at some things involving computers and formats and filesizes, etc. I edited the movie on Avid, and I've exported it as a Quicktime file. Damn thing is, I can't seem to get the file size to go down to a reasonable size. As it stands, its at 333 MB. By fiddling with the export settings, I've gotten it down to 250 MB before, but that's still way too high for the 50 MB maximum I've been alotted in order to host it. Does anyone know how to shrink a quicktime movie OR how to convert it (or export it from Avid) to a file type that's inherently smaller than quicktime.

As soon as I have a solution to this, I will post the movie.

Well, since I managed to get my movie posted, I obviously solved this little problem. You can find my movie here.
