Well after hitting last page on portal news and seeing yoshi_da_sniper made it, it gave me an idea. Im gona Überize it 
!
Rules:
We all start with 3 summoning points per post. (You can save up your points but that ends your turn. Also to prevent cheating you must wait untill someone posts after your original post and you gain an additional 3 points)
We also start with 1 sunken,1 photon cannon and 1 bunker (empty).
The units are gona be refered to as starcraft units. And we all have life stamina.
Its only 3500/3500. No bigger. No smaller. You can choose to let them attack or put them on offence. For defence units (sunken,photon,bunker) That takes up 2 summon points. Also display units health and such. Each unit can only attack once in each post but can gang up on 1 and ect. You cant attack someones life bar unless they have zero units on the feild. To make the summon units more easier.
Heavy units (tanks,battlecruiser,dragoons ect) take up 3 summoning points
Middle class units (Hydras,vultures, queens) take up 2 points
light class units (marines,zealots,templars) take up 1 point
Zerglings and scrouges take up 0.5 summoning points.
After reading that boring rule chapter lets begin.
I use my points to purchase 2 marines and 1 firebat. Put in offence mode.
Points remaining: 0

After reading all of which you have posted, it's complicated as hell and I can see many flaws.
Yoshi's RPG system was a forum game, much like the old Zerg Pets we used to have, in no such way, waas it to be played by posting.
