For some reason, I can't create an invicible unit. (Pre-existing one, not created via trigger). I go to Right Click>Properties> and then I check the Invin. box. I've even ended up making sure that the HP box wasn't checked.

You need to check both of the things in red. Actually the box on the right might not be necessary - I think it might be only used by SE.
