As we all find it annoying to downgrade our starcraft then put it back up to 1.13f, why dont we just make a copy of our starcraft game and have THAT as 1.13e, or vice versa.

There are a few things out there to pretty much instantly change what patch you have. Why not just do that?
And many people do have another copy of their game.

You could also use this tool, it upgrades/downgrades to any version of starcraft (at least untill a new patch comes out)
