It would be cool if you could change your resolution in starcraft above how it is normally... really really low.... but other than that no changes...

Very hardcoded. I've seen programs change the resolution to make it bigger, but it just adds a big black frame, and the game itself is still as small as previously.

you could also change your monitor settings to make it bigger or smaller, but I don't sugguest trying this

starcraft Screen resolution is fixed to 640*480 so even if change ur monitor resoulution that would not be changed to changing setting
still graphic will displayed to 640*480
but there is other emulater what Starcraft screen display for windows mode
if use that then u could play with small windows screen of popup

Unless you enlarge the viewing window, enhancing resolution is rather pointless, no? Doing this would require extensive EXE modding.

I think the major problem here is that the SC graphics were made to perfectly fit the 640x480 mode, and they'll look ugly in other resolutions. Other than this, I can't see much problems with this, although I do see difficulties that it poses.
