I dunno if this is a virus or not, but my internet constantly pauses and disconnects. Very ofthen. It's getting really annoying. When internet disconnects, the bubble saying internet connection is lost never shows up.
-Sometimes, AIM says "connection lost"
-Here's what happens: internet is goin fine, then when I click something, it becomes very laggy, then sometimes says "this page cannot be displayed"
-It's not my computer. This is a fairly new computer w/ 250 GB memory (not showing off, but proving it's not old)
Every now and then I have this problem too, about once or twice a week, pain but what I do is unplug my Gateway and Router then plug them back in. Do you have wireless internet?
P.S. I have wireless internet for laptops, and wired for desktops 2 desktops and 2 laptops. When this happend only the laptops arent aloud, so I think it is just a WiFi thing.
Call your ISP and see if they can monitor your internet. I did that when I had Comcast and after that they found and fixed the problem.
THis isn't wireless. This is comcast. It's hooked up directly to a modem. I'm using a router, but it's connected by a wire.
I had the same problem before. Call Comcast up and ask them to monitor your connection because it keeps disconnecting. I did it when I had it and it fixed the problem.
