You can't say that some editor is better than the other. I make terrain in SCMDraft 2, but some small things are made not convenient for the user, & no briefing editing can be done with it. So for other things besides terrain I use X-tra.

Starforge is superior for terrain and if you know how to do the triggering than it can save you time.

I can answer that. Because you are used to SF and it's hard to accept new and better editor that is very different to what you are used to. Oh and because Draft doesn't have briefings. I was pretty much the same when I started to move from SCXE to Draft.
I use SCXE, SF and some tool editors for minor stuff(mostly briefings) and ScmDraft2 for everything else. But I believe Draft is still the best editor, many +, few -.
