1)Blind and deaf, if you were paralyzed you would know what was actually happening, but when you're blind and deaf, you don't know whats going on usually.
2)Freezing to death. Much less painful, and you get longer to live.

1. Blind and deaf -- that way I'm atleast able to practicaly kill myself.
2. Freeze, most definitely.
3. Chewed off. It'd be worse for the duration, but once it's finished it's far lesser, and the small finger is the one I use least anyways.
4. Anorexic. As many problems as are involved with eating too little, I find it more preferable to the more-than-average number of problems I'd have with being a fat-balloon.
7. Hell, I'd rather live to either 40 or 100 than be immortal, 80's quite nice.
