Make it 3Ghz CPU speed, latest Geforce and without any operating system(clean drive) + shipping to Europe and I might take it

Youre never going to sell that. Theres 8000 pcs on ebay and the people there dont bid on ANYTHING except dell dimensions.
Besides...that pc sucks to say the least. The winxp x64 is also a big turnoff.

I would buy it, but my parents wont let me buy a computer, I want a laptop (freak you all who will/might start female doging about how much better desktops are. I don't care), and you might put some sort of tracking software to hunt me down and rape my children!

I'm getting a top of the line laptop for College this summer, so I guess I won't be buying your computer.
I also think that nobody would bid $400 for that computer, I bought my computer for $700 on September 2004 with 2.98Ghz, 512MB RAM and 256MB Video, it also came with 15" Flat Screen Monitor, a keyboard, mouse and speakers.
