About what kind of maps are you talking. A cheap bound can be made within a hour, while a good RPG can take months.

Well what I mean to say how fast can you make a map from scratch and it is acually good. For example a cool Rpg in 3 days.

It depends on alot of things.. such as the game type, what little things you are putting in, etc.
For me it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple weeks (that is if I actually work on and finish the map..)

Usually like 5 days if I'm actually working on it like an hour or 2 a day.
But since I hardly ever do, I never really finish anything ; ). Or it takes me a few weeks.
