I think it is possible to say that there is a "never" and "forever". Example... You burned a piece of paper that had a story written on it. It is safe to say that nobody will ever read the story on the paper again, since it has been destroyed, it will forever be out of existence. (except for the remants of the burnt paper, but it is an easy task to 100% destroy those remnants as well and have nothing in relation to that peice of paper, (physically) ) ... It really depends on what you're talking about, physically, mentally, etc. Just what I personally believe.

By people saying never, they mean never for as long as they can remember to not do whatever. People saying Forever it is unitl they die or forever to them isnt that long. Scientifiically no, because no one last forever and everyone forgets to never do something! If you dont Forever is still something!
