So in my PC Repair class our final is building a LAN and testing it by playing a game (it was voted on and SC won). We have 5 guys playing this and I wanted to get some opinions on what Melee type map we should play. Please do not bicker over which one is better I just want to get a feel of peoples favorite Melee games. Thanks very much

P.S. If I could get a reason why this map works well with 5 people that would be greatly appreciated, and I know I probably could just browse through the DB but that would take too long

Try some of the 8 player blizzard maps. I don't believe there are any maps created specifically for 5 players.

You're 17... and your assignment was to get a LAN running? Don't they know everything about "PC Repair" can be found by pressing F1 or looking it up on the internet?
Anyway... it depends on your time constraints. Less time = smaller map. If you have all the time in the world Continental Divide is pretty dumb/fun. Otherwise something like BGH should be fine for your purposes.
