Why, when it rounds 2/3 to 66.67%, dosen't it round 1/3 to 33.34%?

Maybe it just finds one percentage then just subtracts that from 100 so there arent any glitches, because if it didnt it would round them up and people would be asking questions like why does it add up to 101%!

You round the .6666666666 up to .67, and you round .333333333333 to .33, because it's not 5 or above.

Ovcourse that makes sence too, I didnt look at it, maybe Kenoli was just having a little trouble adding and subtracting. lol
