I kinda like the image but it is nothing special, the scrolling text is just over doing it, Makes it hard to read. (waiting for something to pass 5 times)

Maybe I’m not the best person to take advise on for signature design (considering I hate them) but I guess I can say some more, since you took my last suggestion into consideration.

I believe you should center your image and the text below it. Change the font of your link to a san serif font. Possibly increase the size of it slightly, no longer than the banner. The blue text stands out more than the black text (I doubt that is what you want).

I used photoshop to lightent the hair and stuff. It was all dark when i found the picture. And i added like white stuff to the background and blurred it out.

I do I center? I believe it is something to do with like <*palign=center> (take away the star) but I'm not sure.
