Global Moderators can now carbon copy PMs to 50 people.
Tutorial Keepers and DLDB Keepers can now carbon copy PMs to 15.
Admins can now carbon copy to 2707 members... but I already knew that before this post, so meh.
The numbers are no longer stupidly low. Thank you.
