Staredit Network -> Miscellaneous -> HDR lighting w/ half life 2 models

Using a little program called HDR shop with 3Dmax you can insert half life 2 models into real life. This cant be used in games yet because it takes to long to render in real time....but were getting there. Here is a tutorial on how to do it but check out these pics.

The first one looks like a stupid guy in a suit. Infact, every single one(except for the machine ones) looks like a guy in a suit...

The last one looks cool.

If it looks like a guy wearing a suit, then he's done a good job.

The pictures look nice. Really like the last two.

wow yeah i've never seen them in real life.. HDR is impressive in css and episode 1, thats sweet, thanks for sharing
but if u look at it, we're not too far from games like this ..

I added some more. As you can see its not totally perfect since everything is blue on that last one.
