Here I will post instructions for using our mod, SCR, on battle.net. 
Since it's currently only compatible with version 1.13e, you won't be able to play it on public servers for some time until DiscipleOfAdun makes an update (hopefully this will come within a couple of months). However, using the Starcraft All Version Patcher provided by nirvannajung, you can invite people to play with you and use it just the same as if you were on USEast (without all the other people
).
Download that program (I added a link) and then put it in your Starcraft folder and run it. Patch Starcraft to version 1.13e then go to "options" in the patcher. Select "Add Gateways", then select "Add Gateways" again. The second time it should appear at the bottom of the program.
Close the SCPatcher, and download SCR from my signature. Extract the files to your Starcraft folder, then follow the readme. MAKE SURE YOU RUN MEMCYCLE ONCE TO ENABLE THE NEW SPELLS OR THEY WON'T WORK!!!!
Once you've got Reclamation working, open it and select "multiplayer" then "expansion". Where it asks you what Battle.net server you want to use, the list should now have about 15 new entries on it. Try the different ones until B.net lets you on, and then you're ready to invite a friend to it (via AIM or MSN). The server I already found to work is called "BroodWar" and is near the bottom of the list.
Enjoy playing our mod, and if you're saying to yourself "What the freak is Starcraft: Reclamation?!" Then it would be a good idea to check out the website. Keep in mind this site is not up-to-date, the mod has more stuff in it than what you will see here, but it should give you an idea of exactly what the mod is.

Side note: Although you need to run Memcycle to even make it work, the Afterburners are still a single player only spell(see the readme, it is there). Using them happens to cause an immediate desync. It happens to be a result of the code I used. Since I wasn't as good with ASM in starcraft when I coded the spell, I left a big hole in it....mainly there's no network support for the afterburners. I do know how to fix it...and once I get FG working, I'll easily be able to. Until then, just don't use the spell...

Other side note: Allpatcher has a nasty habit of corrupting your SC when it downgrades. I recommend using SCDowngrader to downgrade instead, using Allpatcher for only the gateways.

When i try to downgrade with SCDowngrader, After i load starcraft and go to ok when i pick a gateway it says "B.net has an update for you" (Or something like that) Then it goes back to the regular version as i bought it as....

What gateway did you go to?
If you went to USEast, USWest, Asia or Europe then that can be expected. You want to go to the server "Brood War" which is added to the list when you use the AllPatcher.

Bascially public servers (us-west,east,asia,europe) always check customer's SC versions so they will send msg to update ur version to up-to-dateness if ur SC vesion is prior
so u need to play on unofficial Sever if u want play with old SC versions
in the world there are so many unofficial Severs
u guys don't have to use "Starcraft All Version Patcher" provided by me
first visit this tracked Free Server web page....
https://forums.pvpgn.org/
and go to PvPGN Servers & Clans section then u will see many Free Servers
but some servers are not run 24 hours
2. another way without connection to FreeServer is here
just use ipx emulator this... BATTLE LAN.ZIP
but first off, u guys must installed ipx transport protocal in ur network system of windows
and visitor have to know host connectioned ip adress
how to use this Host :
1. just run ipx emulator and run SC and multyplay->select Expansion->
select connectio to IPX
2.make id or select id
but i suggest not name just set saying like "come here guys.."
3.Creat game and waiting for visitors
how to use this visitor :
1. run ipx emulator
2. type host ip Adress and add to list
3. select current host ip and click Start btn
4. run SC and run SC and multyplay->select Expansion->
select connectio to IPX
5. make id or select id
6. go to Created game by host
7. and have fun play~!
notice :
u guys have to patch SC to same versions eachother
and host should tell own IP Adress to play with together
that reason is Blzzard has offer modified offical map
into patch files such as modified Lost temples and some other official maps
so u guys might be couldn't load those maps if downgrade to prior to 1.12
but i'm not sure exactly what is makes this versions but probably it would be like that
