Is there a program for computers that you can just speak into a microphone and it will do what you say to do? And will it run on Windows XP?

Yeah I've heard of that before. I'm pretty sure there for someone who is impaired or disabled.

Yeah, but, it would be cool to have. I know of SP, or speech processor, that turns speech into text, but, I want something better than that.

Depends exactly what you're doing. If you want to control your entire computer with a mic, then no. Opening up programs is possible, I think. Just google Voice activation programs. That should get you some stuff.
