1.uhm siggy backgrounds? people ussually make their backgrounds either by brushing or render manipulating.. but u could use anything, google would be best? deviant art?

1. I'm not sure what you are talking about here, although I have a feeling that you may be talking about the render. You can download all sorts of renders or even make a render yourself. I don't think I'm going to teach you how to make a render so just go to www.gamerenders.com and download some renders there for your signature that you're making.

2. I'm guessing you're asking where you can get some cool wallpaper... http://www.coolwallpaper.com/
