When you make a post you can add a file attachment which is on top of the Add Reply button.
EDIT: ARg I hit s instead of d in add.

I'm not sure how you "attack" maps.
Attaching files is a function thats just over the "add reply"
By the way, this would fit under "website feedback" or "garbage". This is your verbal warning about misplacing posts.

Files are restricted in size and certain file types. SCM/SCX/ZIP work.
