It might not even be a font, it could of just been hand created. You could always ask the person who has the sig and ask if they created it, how they did it, and if it was made by someone else, who made it.

That isn't a font, unless you want to call it gangster font 
What I mean by that is, that's not a real type of writing, it's just a way that gangsters like to spraypaint words on walls.
Also, don't think that's the only way it can be written, every spraypainter tries to write their letters differant than the others

Ok i said it was a font, becuase the whole thing looked very neat with just outer glow
here i found the font for you next time go look for yourself in dafont.

you can search google for text and fonts and stuff! You could probably find millions, I mean you dont have to get that exact one do you. There is more than just that one that you may like!
How to save it for text so you can use it anywhere -
My Computer > C: > Windows > Fonts (save here)
You may have to click -Reveal Content- when you click on Windows! (doesnt hurt anything)

as i said before outer glow XD lol haha, thats why i said it looks like a font... and there is plenty of fonts that go all over the place.

oh do you have photoshop? lol if you dont you cant.... wow my bad I just said some random thing before...
first off what program do you use? paint cant do it at all, if you try in paint it will take a while.
You can do it in gimp, i think so atleast.

Okay, If you're using Photoshop follow the steps.
Step One: Type what you want anywhere on the signature that you're making.
Step Two: Click the rectangle marquee tool on the tool box.
Step Three: Find the text layer and double click on it.
Step Four: Find Outer Glow on the left panel.
Step Five: Enhance the effects it allows you too.
