My very own theory:
Since all good companies who make good games (Westwood - C&C series, Interplay- Fallout, etc) go bankrupt for some reason and get absorbed by dumb comerce corporations who only care about money, and ruin the games with sequels (EA), Blizzard knows this so instead of getting bought by dumb we-need-money-company, their becoming one :/
Ok the Solution:
Here's what we can do, if they continue to ignore SC, we can start meddling with the exe, distributing unnoficial sequels n stuff, and when they come with copyrights, we start blaming them that they stole SC from some other company, that's the reason why their not making a sequel, because they don't know how was the company planning the storyline and stuff, then Blizzard will of course don't agree, and then we say "proove it, make a sequel!" >:) Muhuahaha and we have one!!

You will have to look in the eyes of the owner of the company. If you are loosing money and can't recover it, the only thing that you can do is to sell it, or else it'll crash down and not even exist.
Tampering with the starcraft.exe is illegal.
Lieing about copyrigt laws is a federal fellony.
The scandal that this will produce they will have less incentive to make SC2 simply because they want to avoid any other future confrontations.
There really is nothing that you can do to make Blizzard make SC2, the only person who can accept the project is Mike Morhaime. Also, most of SC's storywritters left Blizzard.
