Basically SCMloader is applied host and guest together
so if u want send ur map and modified SC files to guest in state of game ready
then they are both sure need to run SC with SCMloader
as far as guess about that, i haven't use that before i just guess from developer's

game host have to input modified SC data files into SCMLoader or
ur wanted MPQ file and make ur UMS map
with modified files then then just use the MPQDraft SEMPQ made for it
and just run it

becuzz current SCMloader version not allow u change build and train target units
that need to maded by StarGraft or Memgraft
but these not able to send modified files u guest
unless all players run with same all mod
