Does anybody know how to make a decent radio effect to make it look like a radio transmission? You know, like Raynor's voice when in a Vulture.
You could uh, get some kind of static noise, like that of TVs, and overlay it over your sound? That might work.
Hmm it could work, but I also need to affect the voice to make it sound radio-through.
