Everyone knows "You know you love Starcraft when..." topics. Its on forums. Its only right, that we, a map making site, do the Staredit version of this List away!

ACTION: Subtract 30 happyness for current player. Set switch "Make up some sort of excuse". Order "all units" owned by current player to run away. Preserve trigger.

• Watching marines being placed on a map is what turns you on.
• You worship Heimdal, Suicidal Insanity, and Clokr_.

You actually use the advanced Grid Features provided with StarForge and SCM Draft 2
You have more then 25 map editing applications
The StarEdit splash screen is used as your desktop
You have memorized the StarEdit help section
You have used the Fog of War layer
You can do complex mathematics for maps
You never use the menus because you know all the hotkeys

You know you love SEN when...

- You kept checking on SEN every 3 hours to see if it was back up when it was down
- Your chair has your but shape
- You tell people their wrong that SEN says another thing
- When someone asks you something you tell them go ask Bolt,Clokr_,DeathKnight or Yoshi.
- You have a top score in arcade

You get the maps u love before everyone else

Uh... I don't think thinking up maps in your head is that bad -_- I do that all the time. Everytime I see movie, bingo! New map idea. Besides, you have to think out your maps before you make them, otherwise they won't turn out right.

A lot of the time I make maps in my head.

Starforge Triggers > Anything Else
It's much easier and faster way than clicking every single trigger action variable.

you cry when you can't find the shortcut to (insert editor you use most here) on your desktop

Alright, I didn't bother reading anything beyond the last 2 posts on the first page, but...
Reever, it's about STAREDIT, NOT SEN. Also, lots of the things that have been said here apply more to SC/SEN addict then mapping addict. As for directing anyone with a question to Bolt/etc..., naw that's what a non-addict would do: an addict would know the answer himself

You know you're addicted when: You go to sleep thinking about how you're going to go about making a certain map sometime later, when you know you won't be able to work on it on the comp for a few months...
