The goverment, police, army and the court system are no more, and no nation is going to help you. (let's say other nations are also in such a situation). Somedoby is trying to organize some kind of "goverment", but there are not many supporting them.

I would try to support the new form of government that arises. I'm not just going to sit around and wait for something to happen. If we started to support the new government then we could throw some law enforcement together and take care of option one.
Once option one is dealt with then we can start putting together a civilization and start from scratch. Better government and better police status.

I'd pick Choice 3. First off.. I could put my name in the history books... Second.. life would be really dangerous the other way, and I don't like doing stuff like that.
