Basically im asking how to make wav ----> MPQ and adding it to a map w/o taking map filesize/space.

So i can for exp add a music song to a map as MPQ so i wont take up map space as much or a like by 1%-5%.

You can't add a WAV to the Starcraft MPQ in order to minimize map size. What is meant when we say "MPQ sounds" is that if you use a sound already in the MPQ, such as unit speech, it does not add to the map size.

So, what you're asking is impossible unless you mod, which defeats the purpose of a map.

To furthor explain.
An MPQ is like a zip archive(except not as streamlined for user use).
Starcraft map files are MPQ's.
Starcrafts main data files are contained in MPQ's.

The map file MPQ contains the map itself and all sounds.

Now how we can have sounds that don't take up any size is by targetting sounds that are in everybody's main data files for Starcraft. These are all the sounds that come with Starcraft.

Because your song is not in everybodys main data file for Starcraft your song will take up space. And you cannot simply put your song in everybody's main data file because they would have to download the song and put it in there and getting every person who has Starcraft to do that is illogical and it makes no sense and everyone would still have to download your song.

So your song will have to take up size.
