Remember don't be Biased with dark archon because of obvious reasons. Defiler is quite usefull as it has one special that infects units and protects.

They're all very useful, depending on how you use them. My favourite spellcaster is the Science Vessel. Useful against either Zerg or Protoss, and its a detector.

Medic. The Medic single-handedly
1) makes Stim Packs useful,
2) allows you to get rid of Parasite without killing your own units,
3) is your Zerg ally's best friend,
4) can let Wraiths cloak with relative impunity,
5) lets Marines live about twice as long as normal

They are all useful in certain situations. You can't say "What's the best", because where one will find success, the other will fail, and the other way around. How can you heal an Ultralisk with an Archon, and how can you MC with a Medic ?

Well chose direct spellcasters (meaning non-fighters). Same with the ghost its not pure chooser.

Thats bs, some fighters are very good casters. Like Ghost, Kerrigan or arbiter.

Well now I see that people wanted arbiter so I could of chose
