No wait Doesn't he mean Converting from Mp3 to Wav.?!?!?!?!?!?!

If yes...i saw some program off the Net...not free...I only used the Trial Version....But It would Convert Mp3 to .wav without having the .wav as a massive 300+ kb file....it would stay the same....as in the Decoder pro it converts from mp3 to .wav but leaves the .wav as 300+ kb >_< and if you compress or cut out parts it sounds crappy...

I do have that program with me, but whenever i seem to use it it only gives me 4-bit, 2-bit, 1-bit, and 0-bit .wav files which SC need 8-bit or 16-bit. I would like to know how to get the decoder pro working, it doesnt really matter if it sounds crappy im only taking like voices out of stuff that are MP3 which i can do now but it will stay formatted at an MP3. anyway if you can tell me how to get decoder pro working that'd be great.

MP3s are just compressed sound files. They take up relatively little space for their sound quality, which is why they're so popular. There is absolutely no way for a WAV file and an MP3 file to have the same quality and filesize unless there was a ton of extra, unneccesary data in the MP3 file. So either that program you're talking about doesn't exist or you misinterpreted what it promised it could do.

its a recording program that you can upload sound files or record and export them as wav. mp3 or midi

Midi... there are not too much wav-midi conversors. Convert wav-mp3 is not hard but conver wav-midi or mp3-midi is a lot harder.
