wow, this is one big file i tried to download it came back like 30 mins later, still not even half way, i just watched a little through while downloading but not all, it mite be my internet slow, but its still big. man it even took long to load the download box thing
add more details man like moose said 4 meg thas alot. and if u have no details?

I didn't realize that 4MB was that much. It takes a computer with a decent modem about 30 seconds to a minute to DL 4 megs... lol. If you don't want to watch it cause there arn't enough details then don't do it. Details are for my production thread not the showcase of the map.

I don't know what world you're living in, but I sure don't get 8 megs a second internet.

I don't either, but that doesn't mean I don't download a 4.16MB files in less than 30 seconds. Maybe I have a super interent or something IDK. I guess im the only one who didn't buy their modem from Playskool™.

If it was 8 megs per second then it would take less and a second to download... Is that not obvious? 8 megs per seconds > 4Megs.

The reason it's so quick for you is because the file came from your computer. You have to think of the people without the file already there... >.<

If you don't realize this yet. When you download something it doesn't search your entire harddrive for that file. If you save it in a different place than I already have it its still going to download at the same rate as it would if I didn't have it. It makes no difference. Some of you seem like you just making comments in the dark not even knowing if what your saying is true or not.

One more thing:

Who cares? None of these post have been on topic all about the file size geeze. Its 4.14MB gets over it. If you don't want to DL it then DON'T!!!! But please stop complaining about the size there is nothing more I can do for it sorry!

I certainly hope the finished map isn't as big! Nice job however.

anyhow, it actually wasn't too shabby. but you extended it for way too long. i really don't need to see goiaths moving from one square to another more than once.

Jeez... You people have slow internet. I downloaded Rush (11 mb) in under 20 seconds...

ADD: Just watched, three major things...

1) Fix your spelling.

2) Work on your extended structure. A LOT!

3) If you've ever watched a trailer before, you'll know that they aren't labeled "X Trailer" at the beginning...

4megs is nothing got it in 40 sec. BUT you should really compress those wavs.

You don't use a program, you do it with the editor. I forget how, I believe it's in the tutorials somehwere. Go check.

Ummm It's A Fast Download. And My Comp is From 1996 and it took about 45 seconds.

Doesn't matter what year your computer is from, only matters on your Internet connection. You CAN have something like cable on an old computer and you CAN, like me, have Dial Up on a new, nearly top of the line computer.
Needless to say, I'm still waiting on the download.
Probably just gonna give up on it.
